Thank you for shopping with us at Karama Perfumes. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging (sealed)

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Tester Bottle Policy (Important)

Every order includes a free tester/sample bottle of the fragrance.

  • You may use the tester bottle to try the scent before opening the main product

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the main perfume package must remain completely unopened and sealed

  • If the main product packaging is opened, the item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items with broken seals or opened packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Any items marked as final sale or non-returnable

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at via email or Whatsapp with your order number

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, OR

  • The tester bottle was used and the main product remains unopened and sealed

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  • Contact your bank
