At Karama Perfumes, we partner with Bosta Egypt to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient delivery across the country. We are committed to providing a smooth shipping experience from order confirmation to final delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or order verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is prepared and handed over to Bosta, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Egypt using Bosta’s nationwide delivery network. Delivery availability may vary slightly for remote or newly developed areas.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times with Bosta are:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Other governorates: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: up to 5–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, peak seasons, or operational factors.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly announced on our website.

Cash on Delivery 

Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made in full to the Bosta courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure the exact or near-exact amount is available to avoid delivery delays.

Repeated order refusals may result in restriction of COD availability for future orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped with Bosta, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can track your shipment status through the tracking link provided or via Bosta’s tracking system.

Delivery Attempts

Bosta will typically make more than one delivery attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect contact details, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees may apply.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including full address and reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at hello@karamaperfumes.com — changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we and our delivery partner work to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include courier disruptions, weather events, security restrictions, or high seasonal demand.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery status update. We will coordinate with Bosta to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
